I'm not planning on taking the Tour for a couple of weeks/months, how do I know what time the buses are?

How do I use my e-Tickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. On arrival at the Stonehenge Tour, speak to the driver and use any of the following three options to gain entry:

  • Mobile: Present the booking reference / booking email via your mobile phone to gain entry OR
  • Print: Print email and present to gain entry OR
  • Quote Reference Code: Simply quote your ticket reference code to the representative at the turnstile to gain entry
Do you issue refunds?

Requests for refunds on tickets or passes purchased will be made at our discretion and will be subject to an administration fee. Please speak to us via this email address customer.services@gosouthcoast.co.uk

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Is the Tour wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all vehicles operating the Tour are able to carry wheelchairs on the lower deck of the vehicle.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Yes, you can buy tickets on the day by paying in cash the driver. Apart from exceptionally busy times there is normally space available although we cannot guarantee there will be space available. Our drivers can only accept cash payment.

What if I don't receive my e-Ticket within 2 hours?

Sometimes tickets can go into the 'Junk' mail box, so please check your spam filters and the 'Junk' mailbox if it hasn't arrived within 2 hours.

If after 2 hours your confirmation email and e-ticket has not arrived (after checking your junk mailbox) please email enquiries@thestonehengetour.info or for New Forest Tour tickets please email info@thenewforesttour.info if you are certain payment was completed. We will respond during office hours Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).

What security is in place for purchasing tickets online?

The ticketing system is stored on a secure server and all transactions taking place use encrypted data to ensure that your details are safe when making a purchase online

Can I pay for my ticket on bus?

Yes you can buy your tour ticket directly from the bus driver.

Where can I buy my ticket from?

For Stonehenge Tour Customers

Tickets are available to buy in advance online, from the Stonehenge Tour bus driver or the Salisbury Reds travel shop. Other locations also selling tickets include the Salisbury Tourist information Centre and our ticket seller at Salisbury Railway Station during the spring and summer months.

For New Forest Tour Customers

Tickets are available to buy in advance online, from the New Forest Tour bus driver, The New Forest Visitor Information Centre, Burley YHA, The New Forest Travel Concierge at Brockenhurst Rail Station as well as a number of New Forest Campsites.

Is the bus ticket valid all day?

Yes, you can get on and off the tour as much as you like for the whole day.
